Hunan cuisine is one of the eight major caissons in China, known for its spicy, fresh spicy, sour spicy and other flavors. People have a great passion for spicy food, and almost every dish is seasoned with a generous amount of chili peppers, dried chili, chili oil or chili sauce. This bold use of spices creates a strong and exciting flavor that can make your taste buds tingle and your mouth burn in a pleasant way.
